**Job Summary:**
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that inventory is accurately received, stored, and distributed, contributing to the seamless function of our supply chain. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers according to established procedures.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
- Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed, such as loading/unloading trucks, cleaning, and maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Forklift certification (preferred but can be obtained after hiring).

**Shifts Available**

There are two shifts available, and hours are a bit flexible depending on the shift. 

12pm-6pm Monday - Saturday is the standard full time afternoon shift.

3pm-6pm Monday - Friday, with an 8am-6pm Saturday including a lunch break is available for part time hours.
